About the project

The EUPAG-DS project will deliver systematized and organized data on the impact of physical activity and exercise on depressive symptoms to the scientific community and public health services. It will provide recommendations for European adults to engage in HEPA (High-Efficiency Physical Activity) for better health outcomes concerning depressive symptoms. The primary objective of the project is to disseminate European Physical Activity Guidelines focused on depressive symptoms, promoting the publication of up-to-date HEPA data that EU member states can use to implement strategies addressing depression.
